Designing an Instructional Plan – A How To Guide

23 Feb

Designing an instructional plan is a crucial element in the development of any education/training program. But what goes into the design process?

My guide when designing any instructional plan is Rosemary Caffarella’s Planning Programs for Adult Learners. Caffarella’s book is an excellent resource, with templates that are easily reusable.
